SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a 
Program Manager to oversee a large medical support services program in Iraq supporting our U.S. Government customer. This position oversees a large geographically dispersed staff.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Serves as the principle interface for customer during program execution.
  • Supervise and plan all aspects of remote medical operations and emergency care services for camp population in a remote contingency environment.
  • Establish timeline and milestones for various stages in execution of transition plan.
  • Manage all financial performance of the program and enforce contract terms and conditions in regard to technical, cost, schedule, performance and period contract reviews.
  • Manages and influences vendor performance, ensuring vendors perform as required by contract in an effective and fiscally responsible manner.
  • Prepares, maintains, and documents an effective quality assurance surveillance plan.
  • Present bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly program management reviews to senior customer officials, and senior SOSi management.
  • Conducts and documents site visits and ensures all contract actions and data requirements are updated, documented, or recorded as required.
  • Provide quality control review overall program support including invoicing, procurement, and financial reporting.
  • Conduct thorough research in medical licensing, services pricing, recruiting and medical insurance.
  • Establish project requirements for safety, quality, and productivity in all locations where project work is being performed.
  • Maintains communication with customer leadership regarding all aspects of program management within assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Promote and ensure ethical business practices and a client oriented philosophy
  • Provide leadership in working in a collaborative fashion with other divisions of the company to accomplish strategic objectives, profitable organic growth, and increased company value
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Services, or related field.
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired.
  • 15 years of progressive experience in managing, directing, and implementing expeditionary support services.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
  • Must have previously and successfully served in a Program Manager role over a program in similar scope and size.
  • Must be experienced in management and control of large funds and resources, and demonstrated capability in managing complex, multi-task Government contracts.
  • Must have experience living and working in a deployed environment.
  • Excellent customer service and the ability to sell customers on concepts and services
  • Strong demonstrated skills to build relationships with clients and develop team work and a shared vision among a diverse group of personnel.
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Frequent TDY travel overseas to austere environments is required.
