JOB DESCRIPTION
STG, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a qualified, professional, and experienced CyberArk Support Engineer in Arlington, VA to conduct software development and maintenance activities for the Department of State. The developer will work closely with the customers, agency partners, STG/SOSi Management, and Scrum Teams to devise application software, services, interfaces, and database solutions. The work is located in the Washington DC Metro area (Roslyn, VA.)

• Perform routine maintenance on the CyberArk platform
• Identify opportunities for system optimization
• Ensure the technical development of team members happens at pace and that services adjust to emerging Industry trends.
• Adherence to process, policies and procedures to perform role
• Maintenance of technical documentation for CyberArk platforms and services
• Assessing and writing Security Impact Analysis documents for Change Management
• Adhoc security assessment tasks 
• Documenting, articulating and presenting technologies or updates related to the implementation of CyberArk
• Design roadmap to IAM and access control matrix 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Expert level understanding of privileged user management concepts and processes
• Expert level knowledge and Hands-On experience in deployment, configuration, integration and troubleshooting CyberArk Privileged Account Security (PAS) product suite (Enterprise Password Vault, Password Vault Web Access, Central Policy Manager, Privileged Session Manager, Application Identity Manager, Privileged Threat Analytics)
• Knowledge and expertise in the workings of privileged user access within Operating Systems (windows / UNIX), VMware ESXi, Network Devices, Middleware and Databases
• Hands-On experience in troubleshooting issues related to privileged account management for target systems like Windows / UNIX servers, VMware ESXi, Network Devices, Middleware and Databases
• Experience in troubleshooting CyberArk Privileged Account Security (PAS) product suite integration with the wider eco-system, including ticketing systems (ServiceNow), Active Directory, security logging and monitoring (Splunk), identity and access management (ForgeRock), enterprise monitoring and alerting using SNMP
• 2-5 years of overall hands-on experience using CyberArk Privileged Account Security (PAS) product suite of which at least 2 years must be using v9.x
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in providing CyberArk Privileged Account Security (PAS) BAU level 2 / 3 support
• Bachelor's degree
• CyberArk Trained and Certified
• Experience in the use and troubleshooting of Windows RDP, SSH connections
• Experience in the use and troubleshooting of CyberArk Web Service APIs / SDK
• Current understanding of Industry trends and emerging threats
• Strong understanding of incident response methodologies and technologies
• Public Trust clearance 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Broad understanding of information security and risk management concepts, standards, planning and controls
• Virtualization security technologies
• Professional IT Accreditations (CISM, CCSA, CCSE, JNCIA, CCNA, CISSP, CompTIA Security)
• Experience with the design and architecture of complex security and IAM solutions.
• Working knowledge of any of the IAM 
• Exposure to security within AWS / Azure cloud services
