STG, a wholly-owned subsidiary company of SOS International LLC (SOSi), is seeking an Enterprise Security Engineer (Tech Skills IV) to support our CFTC client in Washington DC. to do the following: 

• Research and/or modify enterprise-wide systems information security
• Ability to apply key architectural defense-in-depth concepts
• Explain security engineering principles, models and techniques
• Analyze and describe the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, principles, approach and lifecycle.
• Define security architecture matrix, measures and metrics
• Provide the current information security maturity level and approach for improvement
• Discover , define the security model of the associations of intra-domain and inter-domains
• Explain time-sensitive factors for security and the order of security services   
• Develop the identity management roadmap for on-boarded account
• Engage in leveraging of potential insider threats
• Guide and develop data loss prevention direction and solution
• Ad-hoc security solutions as requested
• Define architecture requirements and performance standards to meet or exceed management and customer specifications.
• Document current solution/services architectures (business services provided and technologies employed in delivering the services), including an assessment of business value, technical risk, service cost, and organizational alignment. 
• Develop and manage of a set of technology and business standards necessary to help accelerate the movement towards the future state
• Experience implementing in a (hybrid) cloud environment
• Firm understanding of DB Tools; Desktop Tools; Hardware; Methodologies; Network Software / Communications; Operating Systems; Powershell scripts (writing, running and reporting)
• Senior level experience managing, architecting, designing and implementing IT systems for the federal environment
• Research, analyze, recommend and select technical approaches for solving difficult and challenging development and integration problems
• Experience developing conceptual, logical and physical cloud solutions that support enterprise level Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) mode of operation. The personnel shall have experience complying to Federal security architectural requirements for multi-tenant environments, leveraging capabilities such as AWS , IAM and Azure to encrypt, secure data and PIV authentication
• Create the conceptual, logical and physical design for cloud-based solutions for infrastructure and platforms
  • Five+ years' experience in Enterprise Architecture in an information security environment, as well as a bachelor's degree in related field. 
  • Candidate MUST have the ability to qualify for an interim clearance (which requires US Citizenship.) 
  • Expert level certifications, or equivalent exam, including but not limited to CISSP and CISM/CISA.
  • Cisco networking is also preferred (CCNP (Security)
  • Other vendor security/cloud certifications highly recommended
