SOS International LLC, (SOSi) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for the Construction Planning Cell at Camp Taji, Iraq.


Will assist in the development of briefings, analysis of data, and collation of critical reports for submission to the Customer/Client representatives and/or senior management
Provides direct administrative support to the Site Management Office personnel 
Develops and maintain office files, collate and creation of presentation files, data books, design drawings data files 
Schedules and coordinates calendars and client Meetings 
Provides project management support such as collecting and tracking of timesheets, expense reports, and independent contractor agreements 
Assists in the coordination of travel arrangements, visa requirements and travel budgets for key members of leadership 
Acts as meeting notes keeper during weekly staff meetings; collates and distributes notes to all personnel attending meeting 
Edits documents produced by key leaders as requested and assist in editing corporate policies and procedures as required 
Performs other administrative duties as assigned or requested 
Continuous Process Improvement – Services delivery
Develop strategies to capture efficiencies to improve overall service delivery under changing conditions; to meet service delivery objectives as required to support mission
Coordinate with end user/customers to identify mission critical services and strategies to ensure Quality Customer Service objectives and end-user services and products are met.
Maintains accountability for project and services implementation compliant with regulations, laws, policies, and procedures while also thoroughly familiar with relevant US and host country laws, regulations, codes, as well as SOSi policies and procedures 
Ensures corporate/client branding requirements are met on all project deliverables
Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English

Experience in handling accounting/financial matters 
Excellent computer skills (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Access) 
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills 
Ability to work as a member of a team 
Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines 
Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task; detail oriented

Must pass a basic medical physical and background checks sufficient for duty in an overseas contingency/military environment

Bachelor Degree in Business field


Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable
Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions
Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions
