JOB DESCRIPTION

SOS International LLC (SOSi), is seeking an IT Technician II to support FORSCOM HQ in Fort Bragg, NC.  The ideal candidate will possess experience in Tier 1 and Tier 2 Roles.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Application and OS troubleshooting

  • Remote Desktop

  • Remedy Ticketing System

  • Call Manager Procedures

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Security Clearance: Secret

  • Education: High School   

  • Certifications: Security+ ce,  ITIL Foundation

  • Experience and other knowledge, skills, and abilities: Applicant will have experience resolving Desktop Support Incidents. Familiar with Dameware and Remote Desktop. Able to professionally communicate with customers when trying to identify the current issue. Experience with Remedy ticketing system.
