SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager for our current contract located on Camp Taji, Iraq. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES• Work with the SOSi Project Management Office (PMO) in Iraq to lead all QA/QC endeavors that are part of SOSi projects in Iraq• Manage QA/QC team of 8 people• Coordinate program QA/QC reviews with Corporate Director of Quality Management • Work with all USG, Coalition and Client QA/QC representatives to ensure compliance with Performance Work Statements (PWS) and contract deliverables• Maintain SOSi’s SharePoint collaboration site of current SOPs and DOPs and all applicable references for SOSi projects in Iraq• Track and maintain all internal and external QA/QC inspections and surveillance audits• Develop and respond to any Non-Conformance reports received by our clients working with Corporate QA/QC personnel • Report QA/QC feedback from end users/customers to PMO to ensure quality on mission critical aspects of BLS services, facilities and projects • Review all quality aspects for major and minor construction projects and ensure quality work standards completed on all projects• Maintain accountability for QA/QC aspects of facility design and construction, and ensure compliance with design standards, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures; • Maintain current knowledge of US and International standards and requirements applicable to the sites • Monitor consultant and subcontractor performance in regards to QA/QC aspects of all services and deliverables provided by subcontractors• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, and high attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to multi-task
