JOB DESCRIPTION

SOS International, LLC (SOSi), is seeking an Information Technology - Intern to work on Fort Huachuca, AZ.  This internship is up to two (2) years depending on experience and will support the RCC-C, which provides cutting-edge technology in an enterprise environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Ensure ITSM incidents assigned to teams are routed appropriately, triaged, and escalated to a team member properly
  • Track and create multiple reports from various systems and relay information to team and leadership
  • Assist in creating/conducting trainings and meetings in regards to team growth, ticket resolution, ITSM changes and new policies
  • Create new and modify existing documentation to include but not limited to tickets, CRQs, ASIs, PPSs, RFCs, and all other needed paperwork is submitted properly
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with our military, civilian and contractor customers
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for tracking, training and data entry
  • Be able to effectively communicate with team members and customers

 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Secret Clearance or ability to obtain an Interim Secret
  • HS + 2 years of work experience or AA/AS or BA/BS in any field
  • IAT II certification required (GSEC, Security+ CE, SCNP, SSCP) within 18 months of hire
  • Computing environment (CE) certification within 24 months of hire
  • Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessary
  • Willing to work shift work as needed, to include: Day (0555 – 1425), Swing (1355 – 2225), and Midnight (2155 – 0625) if required
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Office, Excel, Word
  • Keyboarding skills of at least 40 WPM
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic office environment
