SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an IT Desktop Technician for our current contract located on Camp Taji in Iraq.


Responsible for becoming an expert at the systems assigned to them
Support the design, development and implementation of technical solutions to business challenges
Identify and resolve configuration, installation and application compatibility issues
Solve complex problems while maintaining an understanding of overall business objectives
Perform imaging and data backup on computer systems
Provide software installation, repair and maintenance on Windows 7/10 systems in a domain environment with Exchange Mail System
Provide technical support and repair on re-prographic equipment (printers and MF devices)
Assist users with help desk requests and repair user computer issues
Perform inventory management of all related IT equipment
Track and update ticketing system
Other duties as assigned


Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience
•  One (1) to three (3) years of related experience in Iraq or Afghanistan in support of DoD, DoS, or LOGCAP missions/projects is an advantage



•  Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable. 

•  Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions
•  Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions
•  Be able to travel between MSG-I sites with little or no notice
