SOS International LLC (SOSi), is seeking a Video Teleconference (VTC) Administrator to support the NETCOM G-6 in VTC Administration. The ideal candidate will possess experience in  VTC Administration, Facilitation, and Maintenance.


    • Provide technical support for NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS VTC's and Unclassified/Classified meetings via VTC facilitation, and Acano, Polycom, and Cisco networking equipment maintenance and administration
    • Responsible for coordinating and operating four conference rooms located within Greely Hall and command-sponsored events both on and off site
    • Responsible for all aspects of Operating and Maintaining (O&M) the secure configuration/upgrade VTC systems including both enterprise and end user devices hardware and software and paperwork to include but not limited to STIGs, IAVA DRA’s/PO&M’s, ATO, RMF, etc
    • Schedule conference rooms and VTC calendars to include coordination with remote facilities, and ensuring briefing slides are ready to present as required
    • Develop, and maintain all documentation relevant to the VTC environment to include but not limited to concepts of operations (CONOPS), functional requirements documents (FRD), Enterprise Technical Procedures (ETP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Change Configuration Release and Management (CCRM) Deployment Plan, doctrine, policies, processes, standards, and other supporting documentation Support NETCOM G-6 in developing and supporting solutions in regard to VTC throughout the Army Enterprise
    • Support NETCOM G-6 in developing and supporting solutions in regard to VTC throughout the Army Enterprise
    • Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
    • HS +4, AA/AS +2, or BA/BS in related field
    • Must have IAT II certification (GSEC, Security+, SCNP, SSCP) or equivalent prior to hire
    • Acano CMS1, Acano Certified Expert Training 1, Polycom PCVE, CCENT, CCNA, CCNA Collaboration, or GVS Facilitator Certification required within 180 days of hire
    • Be a positive, self-motivated, and proactive person with the ability to adapt to change and tolerate stressful situations
    • Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessary
    • Participate in rotational on-call duties to provide after-hours support


    • Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
    • Experience with the following tools: Cisco Meeting Server, Cisco Video Communication Server, Cisco Telepresence Management Suite, Polycom RMX, Polycom RealPresence Resource Manager, Polycom Distributed Media Application
    • Experience tracking, scheduling, coordinating and maintaining VTC and conference rooms
    • Providing support for NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS VTC's Unclassified/Classified
    • Expertise in all areas of network and computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, firewalls, hubs, bridges, gatekeepers, gateways, and other assets as required
    • Assist with issues and effectively troubleshoot and document complex technical problems
    • Configure VTC Systems for compliance with DoD and Army regulations, DISA STIGs, and IAVAs
    • Document technical troubleshooting efforts in ticketing system and Knowledge Management Systems
    • Work independently and as a team member; set priorities and organize work to meet deadline
    • Follow organizational processes and polices
    • Provide technical leadership and mentor team members and colleagues
    • Evaluates and reports on new communications technologies to enhance capabilities
    • Interact with customer representatives on highly advanced technical issues
    • Compose and deliver reports and presentations of the highest professional quality
    • Recommends technologies to accomplish long-term objectives
    • Develops concepts, products, or technologies that extend knowledge in fields of expertise
    • Exhibits exceptional ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness
