SOSi is seeking an audio-visual editor/graphic artist for a full-time position (Creative Team - 1) supporting our United States Government (USG) customer.   The Creative Team 1 (CT1) will be professionals from a military or media industry background with experience in video editing, sound design and engineering, video and audio equipment use and maintenance, video production, and multimedia storytelling.  The CT1 will provide support for the customer’s audio, audio-visual, and graphics requirements.  This position reports to the Production Creation Manager. 


  • The CT1 will provide professional, commercial grade graphic design, audio editing, video production and audio-visual editing
  • Work within established deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize effort and function effectively during periods of heightened operations tempo while working up to 12 hours per day
  • Active DoD SECRET security clearance
  • Certified training in Broadcast Journalism, Graphic Design, Media Production, Marketing or related field preferred. Military Broadcast Journalist, Multimedia Illustrator, Graphic Specialist or Defense Information Service equivalent training strongly desired
  • Prior work experience equivalent to a GS-12
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in multi-media production.Experience may be commercial, governmental, or military
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills. Work products must be of professional, commercial grade
  • Professional proficiency in Adobe CC Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, Audition in Windows or Macintosh OS
  • Demonstrated ability to complete sound editing, video editing, motion graphics, image editing - a portfolio or video reel is preferred


  • Fluency in foreign language


  • Normal office working conditions with possible requirement to lift and/or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs.
  • Periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessary.
