STG, a wholly-owned subsidiary company of SOS International LLC (SOSi), is seeking a highly qualified Senior IT Manager to join a program providing critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services.

Essential Job Duties

  • Provide C4I customers with responsive, flexible management support on issues related to personnel, coordination, logistics, maintenance, performance, project management, quality control, and evaluation issues.
  • Participate in Integrated Process Teams (IPTs) and other technical and management meetings and reviews, as required by the customer, to assist with planning, integration, and installation of engineering and technical solutions
  • Develop and implement efficient and effective standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for tasks required by the customer.
  • Assist the Program Manager with operational and administrative management aspects of the program.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, information technology, or another related field.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing a multi-work center IT support staff, three (3) years of which must have been in the private sector within the last 10 years, supporting commercial companies.
  • Possess a PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Cost analysis experience.
  • Familiarity with DoD IM/IT governance models.

  • Master’s degree with eight (8) years of experience
