JOB DESCRIPTION

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our recruiting team in Reston, VA.  The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is looking to learn quickly and grow in their talent acquisition career path.

Essential Job Duties

  • Collects and tracks new hire paperwork, files, and ensures all information is documented accurately.
  • Assists with generating contingent offer letters, pre-employment screenings, standard operating procedures, and general knowledge management.
  • Maintains Cyber Recruiter applicant tracking system (ATS) by posting, monitoring, and closing job requisitions, and updating candidate statuses throughout the selection process.
  • Assists in trouble shooting Cyber Recruiter issues and providing initial training to new recruiters.
  • Assists in the scheduling and preparation of candidate interviews as needed by sending confirmations or itineraries, coordinating travel arrangements (when necessary), and providing timely follow up to the candidate.
  • Prepares and monitors recurring recruiting metrics and activity reports with the Recruiting Managers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience plus two years of experience (internships are considered)
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Independent thinking and exercise of good judgment and discretion
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to adjust quickly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work under direct supervision and as a member of a team
  • Discreet handling of confidential information and professional demeanor
  • Proficiency with talent management platforms, tools, and products is desired
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required
  • Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.

  • Requires periods of non-traditional hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessary
