SOSi is seeking a Program Manager to provide transportation, shipping, customs, logistics and administrative support for a U.S. Government program in Bogota, Colombia.

  • This position requires extensive interaction with technical and administrative personnel from the Government and other teamed companies
  • Manages all aspects of Task Order execution 
  • Serves as principal interface with the on-site customer and subcontractor personnel during task order execution
  • Ensures contract compliance
  • Manages cost and schedule to ensure the financial performance of the task order 
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Manage workforce of US and Colombian citizens ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Current US Government SECRET security clearance
  • Experience managing contractor personnel on programs valued greater than $5M
  • Candidate must have superior communications and organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding customer relations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management
  • Seven (7) years of U.S. Military Logistics Experience
  • Three (3) years of successful working experience in Program Management
  • Experience leading organization of 100+ employees
  • Knowledge of the Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-Army) and logistics and procedures
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Certified in the S4 or Maintenance Manager GCSS-Army courses
  • Language proficiency:  level IV English; Level II Spanish


  • Subcontract management experience highly preferred

  • Living and working conditions are in established facilities in an urban environment
  • Place of Performance:  Offices, warehouses, motor pools, and maintenance facilities in Bogota, Colombia
