SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Project Manager for a Base Operations Support (BOS) Services contract located throughout Bahrain.


The PM will oversee a diverse program which provides base operations, support and services functions in support of the Navy’s mission 
The PM will be responsible for the supervision and management of contract personnel, Tools, Materials, Equipment, Facilities, Transportation, and Incidental Engineering
Oversee and manage activities related to the following BOS elements:
o Force Protection
o Galley
o Bachelor/Unaccompanied Housing
o Facility Management
o Facilities Investment
o Custodial
o Pest Control
o Integrated Solid Waste
o Management (ISWM)
o Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping
o Utility Management
o Electrical
o Wastewater
o Water
o Transportation and Environmental


Bachelor’s Degree
DoD Secret clearance required
Prior Military Service preferred
Experience managing NAVFAC contracts preferred
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing a Public Works type organization 
Demonstrated understanding of the issues and challenges facing OCONUS bases is ideal
At least five (5) years of experience in managing a workforce providing services on contracts of similar scope and complexity with a workforce of approximately 500 and greater personnel
Extensive experience in logistics and procurement, personnel management, subcontractors management, contract transition management, quality control, risk management, and client relationship management
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and on a team
Proven experience displaying ability to staff, organize, lead and manage a diverse work force 
Demonstrable proficiency in MS Office suite (or comparable), and project management platforms
Ability to pass basic physical and background checks sufficient for duty in a contingency/military environment



Working conditions are in an austere environment
Position will require candidate to undergo medical screening and meet deploy-ability standards
