JOB DESCRIPTION

** This position is contingent upon award of contract **

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Quality Manager for a Base Operations Support (BOS) Services contract located throughout Bahrain.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Implement and manages the QA/QC Program for the contract
Conducts audits and investigations in operational areas seeking positive and negative trends and establishes implementation or needed corrections in line with the QA/QC contract Plan
Ensure performance and quality of assigned QA/QC conforms to established standards and governmental agency guidelines
Develop audit program and ensure audits of procedural elements of program management occur
Manages the Internal and External Corrective Action Response (CAR) program for the contract
Work directly with operating entities to ensure inspections, statistical process analyses, and audits are conducted on a continuing basis as specified to enforce requirements and meet specifications
Consult with local management in determining best measures of project efficiency
Conduct and direct internal management audits, prepare formal audit reports, and define audit schedules
Participate and facilitate, as required, in Quality partnering meetings with Internal and External Customers
Manages and conducts audits of Subcontractor and Vendor Combat in Trafficking of Persons (CTIP) Programs ensuring compliance 
Completes other assigned duties as required
Report directly to the SOSi Director of Quality
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Speaks, reads and comprehends English 
Bachelor’s Degree
Have experience in preparing and enforcing Quality Management System programs on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity
At least five (5) years of experience in preparing and enforcing Quality Management programs on contracts consisting of 500 or more personnel in an austere base operations environment
DoD Secret Clearance preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and on a team
Proven experience displaying ability to staff, organize, lead and manage a diverse work force 
Demonstrable proficiency in MS Office suite (or comparable), and project management platforms
Ability to pass basic physical and background checks sufficient for duty in a contingency/military environment
