• Speaks, reads and comprehends English • Bachelor’s Degree• Have experience in preparing and enforcing Quality Management System programs on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity• At least five (5) years of experience in preparing and enforcing Quality Management programs on contracts consisting of 500 or more personnel in an austere base operations environment• DoD Secret Clearance preferred• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and on a team• Proven experience displaying ability to staff, organize, lead and manage a diverse work force • Demonstrable proficiency in MS Office suite (or comparable), and project management platforms• Ability to pass basic physical and background checks sufficient for duty in a contingency/military environment
