JOB DESCRIPTION

 *** THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON A CONTRACT AWARD ***

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an ISR Operations Manager (Junior) reporting to our ISG PM and responsible for support to the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM). The ideal candidate will be a high energy, self-starter who is driven and motivated by improving the performance of the ISG team. This candidate will conduct full range of IRS and Collection Management related to concepts, principals, and practices and apply this knowledge to challenging multi-agency work assignments.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Apply analytical and evaluative techniques for developing new or modified work methods, innovative ?approaches, alternatives uses of new or available data sources or procedures, and to identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions to issues and/or problems. Create and present verbal briefings to high ranking officials
  • Contractor shall utilize, build, maintain research, establish, administer, and update knowledge of the primary Collection Requirements Management systems for support to collection ISR planning, operations, and assessments
  • Support and perform TMT, E-Task, JSAPs, and other associated tasking mechanisms, content management, or other functions supporting collection ISR planning, operations, and assessments for overarching ISR Division daily operations
  • Support to meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and working groups as required
  • Provide input and update the weekly wrap-ups
  • Attend weekly ISR synch or associated meetings
  • Assist in producing and delivering briefings to DoD, Service, and Command staff
  • Assist in development and delivery of training
  • May serve as a mission management representative on working groups with functional or multi-disciplinary emphasis that involve collection management issues and at conferences, weekly meetings, special projects, and briefings involving areas of responsibility
  • Write formal documents, memorandums and emails
  • Prepare professional quality information papers
  • Other staff actions as required

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Active TS/SCI
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree, or, specialized training & 2-3 years intelligence analysis experience, or
  • 3-4 years of military intelligence experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience
  • OCONUS Travel may be required
  • Masters preferred
