JOB DESCRIPTION
STG Inc., a subsidiary company of SOS International LLC (SOSi) is searching for Software Engineering Lead in Sumter, SC.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

The Software Engineering Lead must have or be capable of the following:
• Provides advanced programming services for a variety of specific systems and business, military, scientific, or commercial applications.
• Participates at all levels in systems analysis, design definition, software development, systems test, implementation, and maintenance.
• Analyzes coding problems and develops improvements to procedures.
• Exercises independent judgment.
• May supervise subordinate programming staff.
• Under general direction, designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, and implements software code (such as HTML, CGI, and JavaScript) for a component of the website.
• Could include development of web based solutions which includes:
o Working with graphic designers and other members of a project team to develop the site concept, interface design, and architecture of the website.
• Responsible for interface implementation.
• Integrates web applications with backend databases.
• Deploys large web-based transaction systems using application servers.
• Researches, tests, build, and coordinates the integration of new products per production and client requirements.
• Requires strong navigation and site-design instincts. 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Must have at least Associates degree in Computer Science or related field; OR 4 years of experience in a like size organization; OR CMII Basics Certification.
• 8 Yrs Exp with Microsoft Windows Environment Development.
• 8 Yrs Exp with Cisco Networking Development.
• DoD SECRET Clearance.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Oracle Certified Associate (OCA).
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).
• Linux+.
• Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA), or equivalent.
• NetApp Certified Data Admin (NCDA); or
• CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Data Center; or VMware Certified Associate (VCA).
• Citrix Certified Associate -Virtualization (CCA-V).
• Citrix Certified Associate -Networking (CCA-N).
• Raytheon Trusted Computer Solutions Trusted Thin Client Administrator Training Course completed.
• Fluency in a foreign language.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
