JOB DESCRIPTION
STG, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary company of SOS International LLC (SOSi), is seeking an Enterprise Systems Administrator to provide technical systems support for an enterprise level network. This is a full time position on Shaw AFB.

*THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD*

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Operate, maintain, administer, and manage Enterprise systems server and client hardware, software, applications and services. Perform all technical support and O&M activities for supported Enterprise systems.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support. Install, configure, operate, manage, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, inspect and maintain server systems (physical and virtual), including administration of core and functional services.
• Manage and administer user accounts, profiles and access.
• Monitor user access and adherence to established policies and procedures to ensure a secure operating environment. Monitor workstation and server logs for errors and failures and perform appropriate troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Provide technical assistance for assigned projects. Provide desktop, server and software application integration support.
• Operate and maintain monitoring and analysis tools; and detect, analyze and resolve platform, infrastructure and system problems, evaluate current architecture and research current technologies/solutions.
• Update and maintain as-built systems/server configuration and connectivity drawings, diagrams and documentation, and publish semi-annually. Develop and submit an Enterprise System Administration Monthly Status Report.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years experience in a systems administration role.
• Associates degree in related field or an additional 4 years experience in a systems support role.
• Must have an active Secret Clearance.
• DoD 8570 IAT-II compliant (Security+ CE, GSEC, CCNA-Security, SSCP).
• Must be MCSA certified.
• Significant MS Server and UNIX operating systems and VMware support experience is required.
• Must be customer service oriented and able to demonstrate strong communication skills and problem solving abilities.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience supporting both the client and server side for enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps/Agile methodologies preferred.
• Fluency in a foreign language.
