JOB DESCRIPTION

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Application Administrator and Validator to support HQ FORSCOM in Fort Bragg, NC. As the Application Administrator and Validator you will work alongside a team of fellow developers to provide test results for FORSCOM development projects. You will also provide application administration for CRM Dynamics supported Task Management Tracker application.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Primary support person for Task Management Tracker (TMT) web application, Tier 1 and 2
  • Directly responsible for the configuration within the web application
  • Manage users permissions within the web application
  • Maintain computer based training module in ALMS
  • Provide external validation for developed application based on test plan
  • Support any training requirements for deployed application
  • SharePoint content management
  • Review and validate user guides and technical documentation
  • Provide feedback and ideas into architecting solutions
  • Participate in application development meetings
  • Participate in customer engagements related to developed application
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in SharePoint / Microsoft CRM
  • Knowledge in software development lifecycle methodology
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate understanding of workflow and process models
  • Proactive mindset to application maintenance
  • Basic understanding of Change Management processes
  • Experience with AGILE development cycles
  • Security Clearance: Secret
  • Education: At least an Associate’s Degree in an IT related field
  • Experience: 3 years application management / application testing
  • Experience can be used in place of education
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing TMT system.
  • 5 years’ experience in management of application.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in application validation testing.
  • Certificates or training in CRM.
  • Fluency in a foreign language.
