STG, a wholly-owned subsidiary company of SOS International LLC (SOSi), is seeking 
a highly qualified Senior Program Manager to lead a program providing critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience running programs supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services.

Essential Job Duties

  • Oversees all aspects of the contract management including operational planning and execution, contract changes, budgetary and strategic authority, fiscal, administrative, and human resources management of the program.
  • Responsible for day to day coordination of project activities with the customer, providing technical and professional guidance to the customer and the team, and acting as the principal point of contact on SOSi’s behalf to the government.
  • Manage contract and projects in compliance with customer plans and strategic briefs in relation to one or multiple projects, ranging from very low complexity to very high complexity.
  • Directly responsible for scheduling, tracking, risk analysis, cost management, variances, change management, evaluating and controlling projects supporting this contract alongside the respective area managers/leads.
  • Meet weekly with the government customer to keep them apprised of personnel status, project status, and other updates to the contract administration;
  • Liaison with external stakeholders on operational matters.
  • Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or an IT related discipline
  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • 10 or more years of experience managing complex DoD Information Technical O&M contracts.
  • Experience with Contract Management as a key manager with P&L experience within the last 10 years.
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
