SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Intelligence Plans Officer - Senior reporting to our ISG PM and responsible for support to the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM). The ideal candidate will be a high energy, self-starter who is driven and motivated by improving the performance of the ISG team. 


  • Assist Intelligence Plans Division leadership and staff with the planning, organization, development, Intelligence Campaign Plans (ICP) efforts, Interagency (IA) information sharing efforts, and Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) and Combatant Command (CCMD) exercises in support of division leadership and intelligence requirements 
  • Plan and coordinate ICP production and implementation for the J2 Directorate, other directorates, components, Intelligence Community (IC), and coalition and partner nation representatives 
  • Identify strategic and operational requirements for CCMD military operations, including collection capabilities, structure, manpower, communication, and logistics to meet operations requirements and identify shortfalls/gaps and develop courses of action and mitigation strategies 
  • Assess existing/future capabilities to meet operations requirements for CCMD military operations
  • Identify shortfalls/gaps and develop courses of action and mitigation strategies for CCMD military operations
  • Conduct studies of intelligence planning programs that are broad in scope with frequently undefined limits, to evaluate effectiveness of current programs, feasibility of future programs and development of planning efforts as well as planning and advising on the implementation of new ideas, procedures, processes, methods or approaches of substantial scope and difficulty
  • May be required to brief senior level officials on planning efforts; demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills, while providing advice and assistance to resolve problems and develops recommendations for leadership on planning issues
  • Support to meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and working groups as required
  • Write formal documents, memorandums and emails
  • Prepare professional quality information papers
  • Other staff actions as required




      • Active TS/SCI
      • Master’s degree with 10 years intelligence and/or service planning experience at echelons of command above Battalion/Squadron or credentialed SME or recognized specialist in relevant field OR
      • Bachelor degree with 12 years intelligence and/or service planning experience at echelons of command above Battalion/Squadron
      • Comprehensive knowledge of the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility and organization; Joint/Service Intermediate Level School [JPME-I, CGSC, SAMS / SAAS / SAWS / MAWS / JAWS], and JIP Level I / Tier I certification preferred or proof of working understanding of multiple intelligence disciplines and an awareness of CSA capabilities
      • Systems experience with at least one other intelligence discipline application, in the areas of intelligence analysis, collection management, and targeting training
      • OCONUS Travel may be required

      •      In some cases, 24/7 shift work for situational awareness and warning
